The restaurant will also offer three private dining rooms and a chef’s table. The Seasons 52 in Princeton will feature mahogany accents, a custom-built wine cellar, a large outdoor patio and piano bar featuring live music every nightly. Some stores will be move to other spaces as part of the plan that also includes the addition of a Bahama Breeze offering Caribbean cuisine, a Qdoba Mexican grill, and Bobby Flay’s Burger Palace. The restaurant is one of four new eateries that will be added to MarketFair, along with furniture store West Elm.
Seasons 52’s Master Sommelier George Miliotes has developed an international wine list featuring over 100 wines with more than 52 selections offered by the glass, highlighted by several organic wines. Nothing on the menu is more than 475 calories, from flatbreads and appetizers to entrees and desserts. Menus at Seasons 52, which offers lots of seafood and grilled meat entrees, change four times a year with the seasons. “This is an ideal setting for our guests – people who celebrate living well while enjoying upscale dining, shopping and entertainment.” “We are excited to bring Seasons 52 to Princeton,” said Stephen Judge, president of Seasons 52. The fresh grill and wine bar Seasons 52 announced today that its plans to open a new location in the spring of 2014 at the MarketFair Mall.
